Welcome to Bridge, a platform operated by Krueng Kao Company Limited. ("Krueng Kao", "we", "us", or "our") based in Thailand. Bridge provides a musician artist queue booking service in Thailand, allowing users to book performances, manage schedules, and connect with artists for events.

By accessing or using Bridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

Bridge is an online platform that facilitates booking and scheduling of musician artists for performances, events, and gigs in Thailand. Our services include:

  • Artist profiles and availability listings
  • Booking requests and confirmations
  • Payment processing for bookings
  • Communication tools between users and artists
  • Event management features

2. Eligibility

To use Bridge, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Be a legal resident of Thailand or authorized to conduct business in Thailand
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide truthful information and update it as necessary.

3.2 Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

  • Ensure your use complies with applicable laws

Bookings are subject to artist availability and confirmation. We act as a facilitator and are not responsible for the quality of performances.

5.2 Payments

  • Fees may apply for bookings and cancellations
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Bridge, including logos, text, and software, is owned by Krueng Kao or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or use our intellectual property without permission.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Bridge is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krueng Kao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
